Open Shigo → Profile → scroll to Account section → tap Restore Purchases. Your Shigo Pro subscription and any cosmetic purchases will be restored to your account. If you still have issues, contact us with your account email.

The Memory Forge activates when three or more of your pieces are surrounded by your opponent. The planet's ancient memory bleeds through the Veil — you see a sequence of Adinkra glyphs, then must recall them in reverse order. Win the Forge and your pieces survive. Lose and the surrounding player takes that territory.

This is lore-locked. The Veil of Oblivion is already established when Verdant enters the game. The Tanta laid the grid — they move first because the compression has already begun. Verdant starts with 2 surround points as compensation for this disadvantage.

The 12 pentagonal faces on the geodesic sphere are Anomaly Zones — lore-locked fractures in the Veil where neither faction can place pieces. They are permanent, unclaimed, and always visible as deep red pulsing zones. They shape strategy by creating natural barriers on the board.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Shigo → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Shigo → Cancel. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Open Shigo → Profile → scroll to Danger Zone → tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. All your data including match history, Legacy Points, and archetype assignment will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

After your first game, the AI Mentor guides you through a 20-question assessment — framed as strategic scenarios inside the Silkworm Saga universe. Your responses assign one of 32 Warrior Archetypes, each tied to a faction (Tanta or Verdant). Your archetype shapes how the Mentor teaches and how your profile appears on the leaderboard.

Yes. Binaural beats only work with stereo headphones. On speakers, both audio channels play from the same source and the entrainment effect collapses. Shigo will remind you on first launch. The effect is subtle but real — the frequency difference between your left and right ear creates the entrainment.
